MEET THE DOCTOR

Dr. Clark is General Dentist licensed to practice Family Dentistry in the state of Georgia. Dr. Clark is a graduate of Emory University and Emory School of Dentistry.  He has passed the Georgia Dental Boards, the National Boards, and the American Orthodontic Society Boards. Dr. Clark was awarded a fellowship in the American Orthodontic Society and is recognized as a Diplomate in the American Orthodontic Society. Dr. Clark was the President of the AOS Foundation from 1999 - 2000, and served on the Board of Governors 2001 and 2002.  Dr. Clark was awarded an Associate Instructors Certificate to teach dentist in advanced techniques.  Dr. Clark has been President and Chairman of the American Craniospinal Association. He is a member in good standing with the American Dental Association, Northern District Dental Society, and the GA Dental Association. Dr. Clark has published articles GDA ACTION and in The Journal of General Orthodontics, and other Professional Journals. He is a recognized expert in dental technology and lecturer throughout the US and Canada. Dr. Clark has lectured for the Southeast Professional Study Club on X-ray diagnosis, the treatment of fluoride poisoning, and diagnosis of Oral disease. Dr. Clark has taught courses on TMJ, Myofacial Pain, and Thermography to dentists and chiropractors for the A.C.A. and International Association of Orthodontics. He has often been a guest lecturer for many other dental associations, organizations and groups. The Georgia Dental Association (GDA) in 2002 requested Dr. Clark’s permission to publish his article on Chemical Addiction within the Dental Profession and Staffs. He is now a reference for the GDA members on employee addiction in general.

Dr. Clark's practice includes the treatment of children, restorative, cosmetic dentistry, implant restorative, and crown and bridge. He does not limit his practice so that he may provide the most comprehensive, convenient and effective treatments available for the entire family. When a patients conditions or treatment needs require the care of a specialist in any field of dental care, Dr. Clark will always suggest several doctors to chose from. The patient’s dental and medical care is always placed first with Dr. Clark. He will not attempt treatment if he does not have the qualifications to provide the best care available. Experience is the greatest teacher of all, and dentistry is a changing science. Continuing Education is a must to provide patients with the best care available. Our office continually updates as technology advances. We use digital radiographs (X-Rays) which reduce exposure by as much as 1/20th that of standard radiographs. Dr. Clark places your personal needs and long-term goals first and will help you to find a way to the solution best for you. Many patients have come to Dr. Clark having had difficulties with past treatments that failed or seemed hopeless. Today, new materials and restorative options are able to overcome the limits of past treatments. You may find that your problems of the past can now be solved more economically, and easier than ever before.
